definitely earned her stripes on this tour. Beth is an ardent
hater of cheese and all things "mushy" that are
associated with cheese.
So, where better to drag her than the biggest creamery in
Vermont? I'm really not that cruel, but how can you go to
Vermont and not watch them make cheese?
We watched the prerequisite video, went through the swinging
doors (when you go through those, you know you're "behind
the scenes") and we watched hundreds of pounds of cheese
separated into whey and curds.
